Why Do I Feel Like I'm The Only One Struggling?

To begin with, I am a sixteen year old normal young man, and like most christians that are my age, I struggle with a whole mass of sexual problems that get me side-tracked with my relationship with Christ. However, I am always reminded by his unbinding love that he is there for me, and that he will always provide for the best.
There is one problem that i face looking upon these confessions on Everymansbattle.com. Its the fact that so many people are struggling with porn and masturbation that i feel like its too big of a battle to conquer. Porn has been an ongoing problem with me since Eighth grade, but i dont feel as if i am addicted as much as most people on here. To get to the point, I get discouraged when i check on everybodys confession, becuase i feel that nobody on here has conquered the battle.

The hardest part to masturbation is that when going to school, the female population is definitely dressing to impress. Their attire (or there lack of), eats at me constantly and gives my sex drive its drive. Bouncing my eyes seems almost impossible with some ot the clothes these girls are wearing?

Can somebody please give me some encouragement and tell me that I can make it through this long and ongoing battle? Can somebody who has conquered this battle please help me through this?
